冲压外圈滚针轴承的内切圆直径偏差的检查方法

由于薄壁外圈在加工过程中可能不圆,所以冲压滚针轴承尺寸精度在安装前无法检验。只有当压入到具有推荐公差极限的轴承座孔中时,轴承才可达到所必需的几何精度。


(1)把轴承压入环规中(壁厚≥20mm),环规的尺寸的规定。

(2)用圆柱形通规和止规检查轴承的内切圆直径。
